Thirty years in public and special education have brought many meaningful experiences, including time at Poudre High School and Loveland High School. Fort Collins has been home for much of that time.

Compass has always felt familiar with past connections and collaborations alongside several of its founding teachers. The heart, mission, and people behind this school make it a truly special place, and the opportunity to join such a caring and passionate team is incredibly exciting. I love this amazing community and the great work that happens here.
