Compass Community Collaborative School offers beautiful and functional campus for events of all sizes. Whether you are planning a large gathering or a small meeting, we have welcoming spaces to accommodate your needs.
Available Rental Spaces
Common Space (2,000–2,500 sq. ft.)
$100/hour (nonprofit rate)
$150/hour (commercial rate)
Learning Studios (~720 sq. ft. each)
$30/hour (nonprofit rate)
$50/hour (commercial rate)
Front Conference Room (171 sq. ft.)
$20/hour (nonprofit rate)
$30/hour (commercial rate)
Tell us about your event and the space you’re interested in reserving.
Once your event is approved, you will complete a rental agreement and return it within seven days along with a $300 refundable damage deposit and 50% of the total rental fee. The remaining balance is due on the first day of your event.
A Compass representative will coordinate directly with you to ensure smooth access to the facility on the day(s) of your event.
