Middle Schoolers Take Aim at Thomas Edison Pitch Contest

Our middle schoolers are proving just how powerful hands-on learning can be! In Dawn’s A Brighter Place Venture, our middle school innovators designed a working water turbine, demonstrating not just creativity but also a deep understanding of engineering, physics, and sustainability. Now, they are preparing to compete in the Thomas Edison Pitch Contest!

When students engage in STEM-focused, project-based learning, they develop critical problem-solving skills, teamwork, and perseverance.
